The Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts (HKI-SIA) is on a mission to promote impact assessment and advance the professional field of social value accounting, aiming to become a knowledge clearinghouse on impact measurement and management to facilitate decision making with social value.

Established in December 2013, HKI-SIA is a membership organization connecting practitioners, academics, philanthropic funders, impact investors, businesses, sustainability consultants, as well as professionals from various disciplines and trades who have an interest in the assessment and promotion of social value.

We work with our members to increase the accounting, measuring and maximising of social value from the perspective of those affected by an organisation’s activities, through our Social Value Principles. We believe in a world where a broader definition of value will change decision making and ultimately decrease inequality and environmental degradation.
